This magnificent, five-bedroom home, that sleeps up to 10 people, has all the luxuries. Excellent, breathtaking, Pacific Ocean views and views of Flamingo Beach, a private swimming pool, jacuzzi, close to beach access, modern kitchen, and much more. There are granite countertops throughout kitchen and baths. Each bedroom has its on bathroom. Two of the bedrooms has its own private balconies that offer stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and surrounding mountains. The furniture is made from exotic hardwoods of Costa Rica and made by a local craftsman.
 
This villa is centrally located in Flamingo. Restaurants, shops, grocery, banking, beach, and marina are all within walking distance.
Rental of the home comes with a full time maid and full time groundskeeper.

Rates
Weekly Rate $3,800 US per week or $600 US nightly (3 night minimum)
Semana Santa (Holy Week) $6,500
Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. 25% Non refundable Deposit is Required to confirm any rental.
The full rental amount is required if arrival date is within 30 days.
CANCELLATION POLICY: 50% is Refundable if Cancelled 48hrs or more prior to arrival, except Peak season when 15 days are required.
